Walk into the gym like a boss!

Learn fitness foundations, get in shape, and gain confidence in 6 weeks!

This comprehensive and flexible program is designed as personal training for small groups of up to 4 people who act as accountability partners.

 

Weight will introduce you to muscle building and progress tracking techniques in 2 complete training phases.

Start easy, slowly progress to advanced training, rest, and repeat.

In 6 weeks you will:

  • increase strength

  • improve metabolism

  • enhance fat loss

  • build muscle

  • learn how to make and modify simple programs

  • learn how to train to avoid plateauing and how to track your progress.

​

For the duration of the program you will work closely with a certified personal trainer in groups of 4 to create accountability, push and spot each other, and keep it fun!

Meeting Times:

Twice per week. AM or PM.

 

Schedule:

You will be matched with other participants with a similar 

availability to create your workout schedule.

Program Cost: 

$50/week for 6 weeks (or $285 paid in full)

6-week long circuit style resistance and cardio group training led by a Certified Personal Trainer. The trainer will work one on one with each participant to customise their goals and track progress.

Unlike regular group classes this program is designed to progress with each session to help you build on your strengths and grow.

Most sessions take place outdoors, and incorporate body-weight and resistance band exercisers. Each week a new health challenge is introduced to help you get better results. This is a fun and engaging way to get fit, improve health and make friends while enjoying the ride!

Members can access the gym 27/7 365/year with a personal key fob or mobile app.​​​

The free GymMaster Member App allows you to access the gym, book classes, and manage your profile on a mobile device. 

HELP DESK & MEMBER SERVICES

We do not regularly staff the help desk at the gym and cannot accommodate walk-ins.
